– 1 cup oats
– 2 cups water
– 2 teaspoons lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 pinch sea salt
– 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- Place water, cinnamon and vanilla in a pot and put on fire until it boils.
- Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat and add the oats.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes and remove from fire.
- Cover and leave for 5 minutes to settle.
Add honey and salt and stir well. Pour the mixture into a bowl and while still hot add chia seeds.
